Registration

Note: These procedures are for new students

  • entering grade nine but not from our elementary feeder schools or
  • transferring from another high school

Step 1: Check School Boundaries

Check to ensure you live within the Cardinal Carter Catholic High School school boundaries.

Students living outside of our school boundaries will not be processed.

Step 2: Contact the Guidance Department

Contact the Guidance Department (905) 727-2455 (ext. 309). The Guidance secretary will take your name and inform you about the process. A number of forms must be completed and returned to the Guidance Office.

Step 3: Admission Review

The Guidance Secretary will verify the application information.

For students coming from other high schools, the Vice Principal will review the application and meet with the student and parent(s) prior to being seen by a guidance counsellor.

Step 4: Approval to Register

The Vice Principal will request that Guidance contact the applicant to establish an appointment for registration.

Documents needed for Registration:

Please note that all documents must be originals or authenticated translations. We cannot accept photocopies or Fax copies.
