We are proud to announce that Carter’s very own Madison Raso was the Grand Prize winner and placed 1st in the GTA Youth Photography competition this past weekend. This competition was part of the 2019 Scotiabank Contact photography festival and finalists had their work displa
yed on exhibit downtown Toronto on Saturday May 4th. This contest had over 700 submissions and chose 20 finalists to exhibit. Madison won over $1500 in prizes. Congratulations to Madison!
