To enhance our existing reporting of absences procedures, the York Catholic District School Board is introducing a NEW student absence reporting system for high school. This NEW system will make it easier for you to report your child’s absence and reduce the time it takes for staff to respond to unexplained first period student absences for in person face to face learners.
This new program is now available for parents/guardians to report their child’s absence or late arrival in advance, or before school start for the current day by accessing the Secondary Attendance Program using one of these three methods:

Parents/Guardians are requested to report absences for students attending in-person face to face and distance/remote learning. Instructions for the use of the NEW School Attendance Program has been emailed home to parents.
