We are excited to welcome your child, as a Grade 9 student, to Cardinal Carter CHS for the upcoming 2021-22 school year!
Register Your Child for High School
On Thursday, November 26, families of Grade 8 students will receive a digital registration form to register their child for high school. The deadline to submit the form is Thursday, December 10. Please note the link to this form is only to be used for YCDSB students who are currently in Grade 8, as there is a different registration process to be followed by for non-YCDSB students.
For families with students who are not currently attending a school in our Board but are interested in registering at a YCDSB school, visit www.ycdsb.ca/admissions and register online.
Voluntary Student Activity Fee: $100

Instructions for paying the Student Activity Fee:
Step 1: Log into your Online Banking Account
Step 2: Select the option for sending an Electronic Fund Transfer
Step 3: Enter the following email: daniela.saker@ycdsb.ca
Step 4: If your bank requires a first name enter: Daniela
Step 5: If you bank requires a last name enter: Saker
Step 6: If your bank asks you to create a question enter: Cardinal Carter CHS
Step 7: Enter the following for the answer: celtics2021
Step 8: In the message indicate the purpose and the full name of your child. For example: “$100 Student Activity Fee for Derek Chan”
Step 9: Print and retain a copy of your transaction for your records.

Online applications will be accepted from November 4th – November 27th.
Applicants need to do the following:

Upload a copy of the Grade 7 Report Card

Upload a copy of the Interim Grade 8 Progress Report

Pay the $25.00 Administration Fee through an Electron Fund Transfer.
Please note, in order to complete the application form you will need to sign in using a google account. If you experience any issues please contact Ms. Oriana Jannetta.
Candidates will be evaluated based on their report card marks. All candidates will be informed of their application status on a future date.
