IB Exam Dates and Procedures:
The chart below contains all the dates and times for the upcoming IB Exams. It is very important to show up to your exam 15 minutes early and to be in full uniform. Please ensure you bring a ziplock bag instead of a pencil case, and if you want to bring in water, it needs to be in a clear disposable water bottle. In the event of an emergency and you cannot attend your IB Exam, you must notify the school as soon as possible.

Conduct of Examinations: Notice to all IB Candidates
Attendance Policy during IB Exams: May 7th – May 23rd
During IB exams, all Grade 12 IB Students will be marked “G Day – Principal Approved Absence”. Students writing exams are to come to school for their exam and are to leave after their exam has been written. Students who do not have exams are excused for the day and do not have to attend. Students who wish to meet with their teacher for extra help are asked to make an appointment.
Grade 11 IB Students will be marked “G Day – Principal Approved Absence” on May 23rd and May 24th. Grade 11 students are only expected to be in school for the duration of their exams.
Attendance Policy for After Exams: May 24th – June 26th
Grade 12 IB Students will be marked “G Day – Principal Approved” from May 24th – June 26th. Since IB exams have concluded, there will be no classes. There is no need to complete any additional paperwork or permission forms. Students who wish to come to school, need to follow the visitor policy and sign in at the main office.
