One of our staff created a very helpful resource which includes animal webcams (did you know that watching animals can reduce stress??), meditation, breathing exercises, and prayers.

It also has a link to community supports including Kids Help line, and Student Mental Health Ontario to name a few.

Introducing our Cardinal Carter Land Acknowledgement

The new Land Acknowledgement, created by Cardinal Carter’s very own Student Council, encourages students to thoughtfully recognize the ancestral lands that Cardinal Carter rests upon. Black Heritage Month 2022

Last year, we began a committee for Black History Month mostly consisting of staff who were committed to furthering conversations of the importance of listening and learning more about the importance of Black History Month that would move beyond February. We are so proud of our very own, Rose Stagliano, a custodian at Cardinal Carter Catholic High School. Rose is a dedicated professional who continues to keep our school clean and safe.
