Superintendent Oloya Inspires 2019 IB Grads at Celebration

Grade 11 IB Plays Scientist

On Monday, May 27, Grade 11 IB students traveled to York University to live a day in the life of a scientist.

Students participated in a range of interdisciplinary medical science focused activities, including an epidemiology study where they identified patient zero, diagnosing a patient’s blood disorder, learned and practiced suturing skills and cultured penicillin.

Carter Students Raise $20, 000 for Relay For Life

On Friday, May 31st, over 300 students rallied together to raise $20, 000 for the Canadian Cancer Society. The students spent the past several months creating teams, spreading awareness and fundraising for a cause that has affected so many in our community, including some of our own students.

Cardinal Carter Celtics’ Jr. Girls Soccer team are YRAA Tier 1 Champions!

The Celtics finished the regular season with a 4-1-1 record, sitting third in the division, a semifinal date with St. Maximilian Kolbe looming. After defeating St. Maximillian Kolbe by a score of 1-0, the ladies played St. Brother Andre in the YRAA Tier 1 soccer finals on May 29th, 2019 at Concord Park. Student Appreciation Week & Relay For Life is Upon Us!

Student Council is excited to be launching “Student Appreciation Week” this upcoming week.
